Applicants may receive up to $300.00 to assist with paying a common living expense.

Payments are sent directly to the billing  vendor.

No payments are made to the applicant and no checks are written to a personal name.

Be sure to complete the entire application and return only the requested documents.
Failure to return the completed application will delay processing. However, submission
of an application does not guarantee funding.
